Hi, I’m Philip. I offer calm, non-clinical emotional support for anyone who needs a safe space to share what’s on their mind. Some people prefer a quiet one-to-one session, others enjoy a reflective walk in nature, and some like regular check-ins online.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling, but what I offer here is simple and human. I listen without judgement, respect your pace and provide a presence when you need it most.

Is this service confidential?

Yes, all sessions are confidential. The only exception is if there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case I may need to seek help to ensure safety.
